Encyclopedia Britannica | Academic is an online combination of Encyclopaedia Britannica plus Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, magazines and periodicals, and many other research tools provides the variety of reliable sources that students need to consult when conducting thorough collegiate research. The "Media Browse" feature compiles images and videos into categories for searching.
There are two ways to find videos using Encyclopedia Britannica | Academic: the Media Browse library and the search bar.
This library is divided into subject categories that link to playlists. The general categories from the first page are subdivided depending on the subject. For example, the Animals category is further divided here:
The video player in Encyclopedia Britannica | Academic has a minimal interface with all of the controls at the bottom of the player. That is where you can play/pause, fast-forward or rewind, control audio output, and access viewer settings.
