To search and view our print materials, go to our Archives Catalog. Here you can search by Keyword, Subject, Item Type, and by Title. Note that the search results will display by box number. If you are interested in viewing any items, you must make an appointment with Jill Borin or Kayla Van Osten. Please ensure you make a list of the boxes you are interested in prior to the appointment.
When searching the Archives Catalog, keep in mind that the list generated will be by box number and each record contains information about the materials within the box.
Once you conduct a search a list of the boxes will be generated. The box title will be in blue. Click on the box title, and the detailed record will expand. Once in the open record, you will see the detailed list of the box contents and box number.
When conducting a search, you can also select multiple records to view together. Click on Select+ for each desired record. Then click on Your Selections on the page header. Here you have the option to download, print or save these records, or Request More Information. By selecting Request More Information, you can email the archivists directly with to set up a meeting.
