Printing at the Library and on Campus

This guide will walk students through different printing options in the Wolfgram Memorial Library and other locations on campus.

Print Center

Black & White and Color printers are available for student use in the library and elsewhere on campus. A full list of printer locations can be found in the Locations for Printing on Campus tab.

If it is your first time printing anywhere on campus, we recommend printing from a desktop computer in the library. You can find instructions in the Printing in the Library tab.

Step 1: Visit printcenter.widener.edu

To print from your laptop or mobile device, visit printcenter.widener.edu and log in with your Widener credentials. Do not use the @widener.edu portion of your credentials. If you cannot log in and you have printed on campus before, visit the Technology Support Center in the Library on the Main floor.

Step 2: Upload your document(s)

Once you are logged in, you can upload your document and change the print settings as needed with the options on the bottom right. The bottom left will show how many print dollars you have left for the semester. All students, faculty, and staff start out with $32 each semester. Black & White printing is $.08 a page and color printing is $.50 a page.

Step 3: Visit a printer and print

Once your document is uploaded and you've chosen your desired settings, go to any printer on campus to print. You will need to swipe your ID card at the box next to the printer to select and print your print job. Your print job will have the same title as your document. You can find printer locations in the Locations for Printing on Campus tab. Note that the only color printer on campus is located in the Library. You will need to select the "Color" option in Print Center in order to find your print job at the printer.
