  • To place items on Reserves, please bring your personal or Library items to the Reserve Desk. A staff member can retrieve your books from the Library stacks if indicated on the Reserve form.

  • Faculty must fill out the Library Reserves Request Form and submit it electronically.  A new form should be completed for each course.  Please complete all fields that apply to your course.  If you have additional items to add, you will need to fill out an additional form.  Once the digital form is received your course will be activated.

  • If a book is available as an E-Book in our collection the link to the book can be added to the Course list. Students will need to use their Widener credentials to access the E-Book.

  • How long will it take for items to be placed on Reserve?

              1 to 3 days. May take longer at the start of the Semester
