Poster Printing

Poster printing guidelines, policies and procedures at Wolfgram Memorial Library

Steps Required to Print a Poster

1. Create your poster in Powerpoint using the guidance below and the Research Poster Design tab.

  • Set the poster size before you begin designing your poster. Changing the poster size once the file has been formatted causes changes in the proportions of your text and graphics.

NOTE: Save your poster as a .JPG file. Size limit is 100MB.

2. Pay for your poster using the Slate system and save your receipt. Each poster must be paid for in a separate transaction.

  • For bulk poster printing jobs, please reach out to circulation@widener.edu to discuss your needs.
  • There will be no free reprints if errors in formatting or typos are discovered post-printing.  You are responsible for the formatting and content of your poster.  Library Staff cannot be responsible for editing your work or formatting the poster.

3. Upload your JPG poster file to the submission form at least 72 hours in advance of need.

Note: The same person must pay and complete the upload of the poster file.

4. Pick up your poster from the Wolfgram Library Information Desk once you have received the notification email.

Please see more details below.
