NOTICE: We are currently NOT taking new requests for Longwood Garden passes while we transition to a new reservation system. Check back soon for updates!

Current Widener students, faculty and staff can borrow a free membership card to the beautiful, historic Longwood Gardens located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

GUIDELINES:

  • Check the Catalog Record for availability. See instructions below to place a Request/Hold, if you wish.
  • Passes must be checked out from the Information Desk of Wolfgram Library. 
  • Pass MUST be returned to the library's desk. Pass may NOT be returned to our indoor or outdoor book drops.
  • Each pass admits up to 9 people ages 5 and up (ages 4 and under are free)
  • Good for 7 days
  • Not renewable: Fees will occur if pass is late or lost.
  • Timed entrance tickets not needed
  • Specialty ticketed events not included

Place a Request/Hold

You may request that we hold a pass for you. If both are checked out, you will be notified when one is available. 

  • Open the Catalog Record for the passes. 
  • Click on Place a Hold
  • Log in with your Widener credentials.
  • Select First Available
  • Choose Wolfgram Information Desk for pickup location.
  • We will notify your Widener email account when the pass is available for pickup.
  • Passes are held for pickup for 7 days.
